Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approval of State programme on study of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015

Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approval of State programme on study of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015.

According to Order 1746 of October 19, 2006 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On State Programme on Study of Azerbaijani Youth in Foreign Countries', I decree:

1. 'State Programme on Study of Azerbaijani Youth in Foreign Countries in 2007-2015' shall be approved (attached).

2. Funding of State Programme given in section 1 of this Order shall be realized due to funds of State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other sources not prohibited by legislation.

3. Control on fulfillment of 'State Programme on Study of Azerbaijani Youth in Foreign Countries in 2007-2015' approved by this Order shall be left to Education Commission attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

4. Words 'Heydar Babayev - economic development minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan' and words 'Azad Rahimov - youth and sport minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan' shall be added after words 'Misir Mardanov - education minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan' in section 2 of Order 831 of May 30, 2005 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On establishment of Education Commission attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan' (Legislation Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2005, N 5, article 445, N 7, article 620).

5. The Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall solve issues arisen from this Order.

6. This Order comes into force from the day of signing.
